Jon grew up in Indianapolis, IN and moved to Phoenix in 2016. For 15 years, he held progressively senior roles on Democratic political campaigns, including leading the Arizona Democratic Party in 2018 and achieving historic, narrow election victories as a result of the pioneering outreach efforts he envisioned, built, and led.
